Why did I waste my last iTunes dollar on this

Doesnt work at all. Tells me Im in "subway only" mode and to allow bus routes. Then it says Im in "bus only" mode and tells me to allow subway routes. Ill be sticking with Google Maps from here on out, thanks for nothing.
